Membership

The Forum membership is open to HR Personnel, students and all other managers and professionals who are keen to learn about Emotional Intelligence and apply it in their work and personal life. EI also obviously helps us in improving the quality of our family and social lives. This enables us to lead qualitatively a more meaningful and complete life. The membership will further help you understand the implications of social act on emotions and the regulation of emotion in self and others & helps in leveraging the same for higher productivity & effectiveness.

Criteria for Membership

  • A person should minimum be a graduate.
  • He should be associated with any Organization
  • He should have a bent towards understanding caring Leadership
  • He should be passionate about promoting emotional & social intelligence
