Mr. Surya Rao - Joint Secretary

Surya Rao A,is the Joint Secretary of FEIL. He is an Internal Coach involved in Organizational Transformation Process for four years, is Deputy General Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resources Development in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation limited. He facilitated workshops on Learning Organization, Achieving Continuous Excellence (ACE), Strategy Building, Team Learning, Emotional Intelligence, Appreciative inquiry, Balanced Score Card, Competency Mapping, MBTI, FIRO-B and Leadership Development. He has two decades of field experience in PSUs and Private industry. Also, worked in liaison with Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Govt. of India; Surya is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from REC, MBA from IGNOU, M.Sc., Applied Psychology from Annamalai University and certified as Executive Coach by M/s. Hay Group. He is co-author of the book “Fuelling Success”.
